Delivery and In-Store Pickup
Deliveries are made on Saturdays between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. throughout the west side of Los Angeles and its surrounding areas.
A $15 charge for delivery will be added to your order. Payment for orders may be made by cash, check or debit/credit card.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
1st Saturday of the month, West Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica areas.
2nd Saturday of the month, Westchester, Marina del Rey, Inglewood areas.
3rd Saturday of the month, LAX, South Bay, Beach Cities, San Pedro areas
4th Saturday of the month, Downtown L.A. area and special orders
Special Orders: 50 lbs or more
IN-STORE PICKUP
Pickup orders are by appointment only on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. You may schedule your appointment for pickup at the time of your order by including the approximate time and date in the comments section of the order form. The Pet Chef is near the airport area of Los Angeles. Address and directions are available after ordering via return phone call, fax or email.
By fax include your preferred pickup time on the FAX order form. Fax your form to 310-727-0697. A copy of your fax will be returned to your fax number stamped "received." If you do not receive a return fax, your order was not received. Please send again to place your order.
By phone include your preferred pickup time in your phone message. Phone in your order to 310-963-5850. Include in your message your name, your order, a call back number, and your form of payment. A call back will be made to you acknowledging your order. If you do not receive a call back, your order was not received. Please call again with your order.
