Lamb Entrees

All lamb menus are made with a combination of organic ingredients -- lamb; brown rice, oatmeal, pearled barley or cous cous; kidney beans, pinto beans, white beans, green lentils, yellow lentils, red lentils, green split peas, or yellow split peas

A combination of raw eggplant, broccoli, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, or carrots

Extra virgin olive oil is used in all lamb menus. Herbs and spices used are cumin, coriander, thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, basil, garlic or dill
